Steam Masters cleaned my carpet in Novemebr. He(John) did a fantastic job. I wrote a comment regarding the good work that he did at that time. Recently, I had a plumber in the house to redo some plumbing lines and he accidentally spilled a few drops of PVC PURPLE Primer in about 6 different places on the newly cleaned carpet. PVC primer is purple. I tried getting it up without any luck. I called two of our local Steam cleaner services and informd tham of what ahppened…and they basically said , “There is no way to get purple PVC Primer off of anything…It’s permanent man!” I called Steam Masters (910-297-8023) and spoke with John about my problem. He did a little research and came to the house with a bottle of something…he ‘spritzed the carpet a few times…rubbed the chemical into the carpet and WaaaaLaaaaa!!!! the prurple primer spots are gone!!!!! John,,,wherever you are thanks!!!! You made me happy because my wife will never know that this ugly purple spots were in the(her) carpet. Steam Masters is the way to go. Tom M Surf City, NC
