I called John at 5:30 on a Thursday night and he was here in less than an hour, talk about service! Not only that but he was able to get out our 5 month old Pomeranian’s urine stains that were embedded into our bedroom carpet.. not an easy task to say the least!! He was prompt, courteous, professional, and did an amazing job!! My husband and I will definately reccommend him to everyone we know and call him again in the future!!! 🙂
